Often yes, as long as it has a logo for Visa, MC, AMEX, or Discover. Usually the issue with prepaid cards online is regarding the address: Many prepaid cards allow you to add your address to your prepaid card online or by calling the number on the back of the card. The address entered on our payment form must match the address on file with the card vendor or the payment will be declined.

You are welcome to make multiple payments using different cards.  Each payment will be applied to the balance regardless how you choose to split the payment. You will receive separate receipts for each transaction.

Yes, we will accept credit/debit card payments at our office during normal business hours. We do suggest calling ahead to ensure fastest service.

Any payments for less than $10 must be mailed in or paid at our office, and you are welcome to call to discuss as well as confirm your balance due. Authorize.net suggests online payments have a minimum payment of $10 to avoid a common scam tactic for fraudulent transaction attempts, so we are following their guidance and apologize if this causes an inconvenience.

A signature is your mark and a physical action to confirm the terms; it does not need to match your hand-written signature, so just sign as best you can.

Most often a declined card, assuming an available balance, is due to a typo or mismatched address, so please 1st verify the information you have entered. We aren’t provided much information of why a transaction was declined, so if everything appears to have been entered correctly we suggest contacting the number on the back of the card for further information.

If you have paid the full and confirmed balance, you will receive a written letter confirming the satisfaction and release of the debt claim.  If there is pending litigation, the court will also be informed that the debt has been satisfied.
